Age: Or a close estimate. Depending on what race they are and their typical lifespans, consider how this would work in tandem with their abilities or skills! If they’re old, maybe they’re a little weaker but incredibly talented and well-learned in their abilities. If they’re young, maybe they’re a little inexperienced with whatever magic they have and have much more developing to do!
Gender: Whatever’s in your pants goes here.
Race/Ethnicity: This is both a character’s species (Werewolf, Demon, Fairy, etc) as well as whatever ethnicity they express.
Profession: Job, hobby, or otherwise commonplace time spender.
Alignment: Just for fun, where would this character fall on the Good/Evil and Lawful/Chaotic spectrum?
Appearance: A picture or a description is fine, whichever you prefer. You are completely free to use art you find on the internet, however if there is a character connected to that image please be mindful and do not take that character in its entirety.
Personality: A general description of your character’s disposition. Are they generally happy? Angry? Do they have a complex emotional range that could be explored in-RP? Write it down!
Weapons: If applicable, and any special powers or traits related to weapons can go here as well.

Stats
STR - Physical strength, like lifting a dumbbell
DEX - Flexibility, acrobatics, how well you can move.
CON - Physical resilience, endurance, and health.
INT - Memory, processing speed, cognitive capacity. Much more than IQ going on here.
WILL - Strength of personality, ability to endure mental assaults, and general willpower.
Theme: For those of us who like to associate music to characters.
STR, DEX, CON, INT and WILL fall under physical and mental attributes, but are not exclusively tied to powers or abilities inherently. For example, a dumb Mage could exist whose mana is inherently strong and they just are naturally capable of releasing torrents of flame that rival a more honed mage’s style of casting. Such a mage might have a low INT score, but he would not be any less powerful than a high INT mage when it comes to combat. Instead, the high INT mage would have the advantage in tactics and utilizing their power in clever and creative ways. This means that aside from the Body attributes determining the strength of physical skills, attributes are not tied to magic or ability strength; instead, those skills come with time and practice.
Now, this point system is simply here to help you be aware of how strong you're making your character. A perfectly average human would have 4s across the board, which would result in a score of 20. So in order to prevent power creep, most characters should be within the 20-30 range pending approved narrative or specific reasoning, such as limits to when the power can be used or a harsh downside to tremendous attributes.
30+ = Superhuman
(Note that the examples here are for the purpose of giving the numbers displayed in the graph meaning; If your character falls into this category, they are not specifically like this. With three numbers in each category, your character’s physical and mental attributes can be both slightly above and below the examples; (i.e instead of child-like or atrophied in below average strength, simply a very unfit or feeble individual))
