The Blind Eye Corps. (BEC )
Alignment:
A truly neutral group, they work for the highest bidder
A truly neutral group, they work for the highest bidder
Uniform/Symbol
There is no uniform for the faction, as they work discreetly, and while there are possibly hundreds if not thousands of members; most of them are smart enough to ensure that their actions cannot be traced back to the underground faction. While proof cannot be found that they have any members at all, their symbol is known throughout the underground, and feared. Their symbol is that of a half-closed eye, with a line running straight through the center.
Base of Operations
They have several underground bases throughout Nor, but their main base of operation allegedly resides within Irasvael. They have no bases, buildings or offices to their corporation name, but each building or warehouse they make use of is owned under different strawmen, including the famous Silver Iris within the center of Irasvael. There are also several other locations throughout Nor and even beyond that can be utilized as safehouses and bases for members who can prove their affiliation.
Methods of execution
The BEC takes contracts from high paying business men and women who need dirty work done. Whether it be bodyguard jobs for the mafia, assassination orders, kidnapping, or selling information from one organization to the other, The BEC will take the job for the right price. Their organization essentially runs the city of Irasvael from behind the scenes, along with several other large-scale mafia factions, keeping warring mobs and other smaller factions under check within their city, and also auctioning off contracts to smaller mercenary organizations and freelancers. One of their bases within the middle of the city is essentially a hub for this, a place where Mercenaries meet and exchange information, look for temporary groups to handle larger contracts with, purchase and sell equipment from the BEC, and look for work through the BEC’s databases..And where dirty businessmen and women come to look for workers.
Recruitment
Above-average mercs are usually scouted through the channels of the BEC, as they even hold information on mercenaries outside of their groups. While Mercs that use the BEC to find work will have to pay fees, Mercs who work in the BEC will have access to a large database of open contracts picked to match their skills and abilities, are free to do as many as they like and form groups to complete them, AND are supplied equipment and weaponry as they need, including housing and food services should they need them. However, they are not paid, the BEC is paid for their services from the contracts, and instead the mercenaries are paid 50% of all of the contracts they complete.
Common Religious Views
Religious groups are highly discouraged within the organization, as it can cause disagreement, uncooperation and a certain bias against missions when working. As such, the group has no public association with religions, but if one can have faith while not allowing it to impact their work, it is allowed.
Noteworthy members
The most notable members of the BEC are the Six Eyed Unit, the heads of each department. They are known through the group only as Beta, Charlie, Delta, Echo, Foxtrot, and Golf, all working in tandem to keep the organization in check. They work the hardest jobs that others would not be able to complete, whether it be individually while leading a smaller group, or in tandem as a dangerously adept unit. The leader of the BEC is a person whose identity is currently unknown for safety reasons, even to the Big 6. They are only known by the codename Alpha, or the alias “Fierce”. Instead of ever greeting the Big 6 in person, they send their many assistants, who come to speak to the Six-Eyed Unit, important contacts or deliver important guests on Alpha's behalf.

Other Points
Typical mercenary jobs are done in groups of two to five, or even with one single mercenary. However, the harder the job, or the more mercenaries are required, the more money is required. Top dollar contracts allow contractors to choose and pick from a database of mercenaries, instead of being given mercenaries by the BEC. Each Big 6 member manages their department differently, with different numbers of assistants and workers underneath them. It can be as large or as small as needed to fit their needs.
The Silver Iris.
The BEC’s high-class hub of mercenary commotion. This is where contracts are auctioned, equipment is bought and sold, groups are made, meetings are held, and where information is distributed. The Iris bar is situated in the middle of the city, where most of the upper-class mafia run businesses and high-rise suites are built. One of the highest buildings in the city, the first 10 floors of the circular building hold meeting rooms and a small bar, where most mercenaries are permitted to rent rooms and buy information. The rest of the 30 floors up, however, are restricted to higher class workers, more well known mercenaries and mercenaries of the BEC, trusted contractors and high-class members of society, where the higher grade contracts and equipment is sold, and “private” information is sold at high prices. Starting from the 20th floor to the 25th is the main restaurant of this Silver Iris, with each “table” being a private soundproof booth, larger tables held in soundproof meeting rooms. The 26th floor holds multiple ballroom-like auction rooms, where contracts and equipment is auctioned off to the mafia and other trusted big spenders. The 27th floor holds several large showcasing rooms, all of which hold previews of equipment that is to be auctioned off that week, and the rooms above this are restricted specifically to the Big 6 and very important guests and contractors, such as mafia leaders or other high class businessmen, keeping them away from all the rest of the rabble.
Though technically “owned” by the BEC, the Silver Iris is under the protection and watch of not just them, but many mafia organizations, as the Silver Iris is key to much needed information, weapons, and workers. It is a strictly reinforced neutral area with no fights allowed, regardless of your standing. Fights here are heavily punished by not just the BE, but the mafia and other organizations as well. Starting trouble here is a free one-way ticket to the sewers in several body bags; even just bar fights. This is not your typical Calypsonian night-life spitoon filled bar with cigarette butts lying about and chairs being replaced every other day. This is a high-class information hub.
