There are many, many gods in this world, of all types, origins and sources. Some born, some made, some conceptual. This is a small guide to put in perspective how the gods sit on a scale of power and ability as well as where they sit in our world and what purpose they serve.
The Scale of the Divine
Magiborn -- The truly first beings to ever inhabit the worlds and realms--however you will find no recorded history of 'Magiborn' in any earthly history book. The Magiborn were never known as Gods until Earthlies deemed them so for their incredible power. Magiborn get their name from being born from the very first--and purest source-- of magic and energy-- A large star in which most of the realms and all that they contain were created. They brought light and life to many of the worlds and realms we know today. They are incredibly powerful creatures that come in any shape, form or size that can bend the world in way that Earthlies could barely begin to imagine. Magiborn are also one of the very few truly immortal beings that exist, and cannot truly die, however their essence and being can fade and become one with the ether of the worlds. Some notable examples of the Magiborn are Nicashorette, Aos , Akuron and The Prophet
Firstborn -- Second generation beings are as their name implies-- the first generation of deities born from the Magiborn. They do not differ much from the Magiborn, save for that they grow up from a infant as most Earthlies do, rather than being created in a young, yet developed form as the Magiborn were. They too however are immortal like their parents, but unlike Magicborn, they can be made mortal--but the methods by which this is achieved is far beyond unknown. Some notable examples of the second generation are Alya, Maruge, and Zain.
Demigods -- Demigods are a result of either a Magiborn and an earthly or a Firstborn and an earthly giving birth. Demigods are not as powerful as their prior ancestors, nor are they immortal, however they hold great magical and/or physical power due to their ancestry. Some notable examples of Demigods are The Vernavi
Conceptuals -- Conceptuals being the lowest on the tier of deity-like figures, are god-like figures and beings created from the collective thoughts and believes of many people. They can be just as powerful as any of the others above, however their power is incredibly fragile due to how it depends entirely on the belief of their followers. Their powers and mindset could all change if the beliefs of their people do; they could entirely fade altogether if people simply lose faith in them. There are many notable examples, however, with time, they come, go, change and fade. Henceforth, concepts that have writings based on them are rather powerful, and whatever is written about them, they could likely carry out with the power they have. Any other man-made deities would be listed below Conceptuals. Earthlies -- Of course, everyone knows what these are, however, Earthlies don't refer to each other as Eartlies, but rather as Humans, Demons, Beastmen, Angels, Lunarians, Virstalli... Or more obviously, as either as Human or Mythos.

As we all know, there are many, many different types of deities that inhabit our world, but even with how eternal and all-knowing that most may be, there will always be mistakes and misjudging made, even by the mightiest of the gods. After a great disaster caused eons and eons ago by one such misjudging, three Magiborn took it upon themselves to ensure that not only balance was kept among the earthly realms but among the realms of the gods as well. They are known by many names, and are portrayed in many ways, and sometimes they are praised, sometimes they are hated, however to the deities and those who inhabit their realms, they are simply known as The Libra Tribus.DIVINE OF ORDER The peaceful, calm, (mostly) benevolent Divine of Order, is Zain.__ Every hundred-thousand years, the Divine of Order passes down his/her power and responsibility to the next person in line--usually their offspring-- who is deemed worthy of being called the new god. If complications or misfortune befalls the god or their child, a person with magic capabilities that is worthy or fit to take their place is chosen instead. The colors that represent him are Gold, Red and White. The attitude of the Divine of Order varies from generation to generation, but mostly revolve around a laid-back but serious personality. The previous Divine was a bit more serious than most, and usually frowned upon those who were too 'expressive' with their emotions, believing that emotions could drive you deep into chaos. There have been countless Divines of Order that have taken the responsibility of keeping the land in "order" And so far, there has only been two bloodlines that have ever been involved in taking this responsibility.
DIVINE OF CHAOS The mischievous, rebellious, tricky Divine of Chaos is Maruge.
__ The Tempest of Chaos, Maruge, comes from a single pure bloodline of Firstborns, being born with her powers and responsibility sown into her from her father, who's time had passed as soon as Maruge's had come. Her birth, however, was not within the safety of the God's Rest, but was instead on the realm of the Earthlies, in which a select few known as AXIS then hunted her down and stole her away before she could fully rise with the rest of the Magicborn to her place in the God's Rest, exploiting her powers until she was freed from their clutches by the Guild. Wary of most Earthlies due to this mishap, this Tempest of Chaos is quite cynical, and naturally revels in the chaos-- whether it be detrimental to someone, or simply ensues hilarity--that her mere presence brings about to others. She is a sucker for bets with mortals, considering them all trivial but fun regardless, whether the mortal bets a few coins or their entire soul, but will always keep her promise, regardless of whether she loses or not. While her one true form has never been seen by anyone existing on the Earthly plain, she often appears in a few forms--An enormous, triple headed serpent, the middle head marked with a glowing green symbol, with scales as black as night, a barely humanoid gargoyle-like creature, with five enormous, black feathered wings, a long, spaded tail, huge curling horns that jut out of the sides of her heads, and a beautiful, intricate purple mask with gold and black lining and markings, with one eye hole and a crooked mouth hole, and a young, slender woman with long, dark brown hair, piercing green eyes, spines, a tail, and horns made of energy, and a long, tight-fitting black dress, glowing purple tattoos lining her arms. Close followers of her, usually Reapers, are marked by her, with the same symbolic tattoo that marks her body in every form.
Divine OF BALANCE The calm, kind and only known Divine of Balance is Nicashorette.
__ The calm, mother like figure of Balance is unique from the others in that she has always been the one and only Divine of Balance, and typically assists in finding the next Magicborn to take the place of the current divines. The ideas of order and chaos change in the world, as so do the gods, and it is for this reason, every millennia or so, the Divines change as well. However, the idea of balance remains constant as it's always defined as a equal part of chaos and order. Nicashorette has always been looked upon as a calm, leader-like figure, and many magiborn look up to her. Even when under pressure, she seems to always remain calm. She seems to be training her daughter Alya for the possibility of taking her place.
RYMSHARDS and KEEPERS Now, what do these three Divines contribute to this world? They are the Magiborn that more or less keep things as close to a equal balance as possible, by guiding souls, and keeping both the Chaos and Order of the Earthly, Upper and Lower Realms in check. Every so often, The three will touch a soul with a piece of their divine essence, deeming them as one of their followers, and giving them the ability to manipulate Rymshards. These individuals are known as Keepers. The gods are indiscriminate in what souls they mark with this power, only doing so to keep Chaos and Order in a balance. Those marked by them are not necessarily evil if they are chaotic or good if they are orderly, as the concept of Order and Chaos changes, and chaos and order are not concepts exclusively tied to "good" or "bad"
Rymshards however are created when portals are opened in between dimensions, realities are torn and tied together. With someone such as the Divine, passing through dimensions is simple matter and leaves no trace. However, with creatures such as earthlies with magic more primitive, traces can be left behind. These fragments of reality left behind are known as Rymshards-- Things not observable by the normal earthly eye without the influence of a divine. These Shards, normally inert, are bestowed upon followers of the Divines when they have performed tasked deemed worth of so by said deity. Said shards give keepers the ability to harness reality on a very small scale. With this, Keepers can manipulate the shards to take on different aspects and properties. A simple example of this would be to take on elemental properties but the properties of Rymshards are far more vast and versatile than just this.
However, there are aspects of reality that cannot be harnessed by Keepers, and those are Chaos, Order, Space and Time. Never has the aspect of Space or Time been granted and so it shall remain as such. Only the most devout followers are granted the Aspects of Chaos and Order, and even then, the trials to gain such aspects are never simple or easy.
Below are the proper names for the alignment of Keepers.
Reapers of Chaos - Keepers that follow the Divine of Chaos
Protectors of Order - Keepers that follow the Divine of Order
Keepers of Balance - Keepers that follow The Divine of Balance
KEEPER TYPES
SHIFTER - Their body is basically the weapon they use to channel the power within their Rymshards. Their form changes, depending on what element they use, as well as their defensive/offensive abilities. (ex: A Manipulative keeper in his fire form would be incredibly weak against all types of water, even if it's not magic) While this may be powerful, this form is incredibly taxing on one's body, mind and energy.
MAGI - These use the shards in the form of powerful spells, curses and Hexes. They can also imbue potions or different items with different effects from each shard or be used to further enhance spells that they may already know. Their body tends to glow with different magical markings when they activate their shards. They can also concentrate the shards' power into powerful magical blasts, but the blasts are incredibly draining.
WARRIOR- These keepers usually embed their Shards into their armor, weapons and/or shields. They use the shards to enhance their weapons and armor to make them stronger or more adaptable. They can also attune their weapons to destroy only certain elements as well or even change the type of weapon they wield.
SUMMONER - They can use their gems to form or summon powerful creatures that are embodiment's of the element or power of the shard they use. They can summon anything from golems made of fire, to lesser demons that manipulate poison, to dogs made of stone. The only limit is the imagination of the keeper, but the larger and stronger the creature they summon is, the more power it takes to maintain and control it.
CONSTRUCTOR - These keepers create walls, structures and platforms from the soulshard element they're currently using. Usually these guys are crowd control and defensive, but that's not to say that they can't shove a giant spike of earth up your butt. They can even create massive buildings out of the elements, but depending on how big--and what element they use-- it can be very taxing on them.
SOUL - Not much is known about Soul Keepers, only that they no longer exist...
