Hey guys, here's a few rules and a guide for how to post your own race in this forum.
1: No racial hatred.
2: Be clear.
4: Note how there is no 3.
5: Follow the guidelines below:
Race name: What is the name of your race? (self explanatory) If the race name has a meaning, also put it here.
Distinguishing features: What does your race look like? What sets them apart from anything else? Are they abnormally tall? Do they have tails? Do they glow?
Religious views: Do they have some sort of ritual or festival? What kind of god--if any--do they follow closely?
Culture: How does your race live? Do they have any rules or certain things they exhibit as a race? Or is their culture similar to one of the real world?
Other points: Are there any other points to your race? Feel free to add anything else we missed. A few things to think about are
-How they act to others outside their race.
-Their 'trademark' powers or features
-where they live/reside (Ex: villages, cities, towns, underground caves or underground forests, regular forests, lakebeds etc.)

Before your race can be used, I'll look over it and let you know if it's good to go!
Additionally, as you know there are many categories in which these marvelous creatures fit into--I decided to make this so there would be a little more clarity on what is what here!
Ephemeral/ Conceptuals
Conceptuals and Ephemerals are creatures or even monsters created from large collective thoughts--they can come from many sources, being them willed into existence by strong believers of a religion (E.g., gods and Ephemeral Angels and Demons), a collective imagination of people( E.g., The Lunar Rabbits, or even like, Santa Claus) or a dream or nightmare that grew too strong. These creatures go by their own individual rules that they were created on, and some can exist for only mere seconds, hence the term 'Ephemeral'.

Spirits
Creatures between Conceptuals and Mythos, they exist on realms both above and below our dimensions, some powerful enough to drift between them, others requiring bonds, pacts, or other forms of links to travel between them. Not entirely spiritual, but not entirely physical, their bodies consist of magic and a much more powerful soul than most Mythos and Man, and can vary in shapes and sizes vastly, like Mythos. Most Spirits are borne of the energy on Eternia, but Spirits can also be given form through powerful energies on other realms and dimensions.
Mythos/Monsters
Mythos are basically creatures that aren't spirits but aren't human either. Fairies/Fae, Vampires, Demons, Pixies, Werewolves, Angels, Dullhans, Harpies, Dragons, Phoenixes, Dwarves, Elves, Mermaids, Selkies, Wyverns-- you name it, are all considered Mythos, and in extreme cases, monsters. Often times humans may blend the line between Mythos and Animals, due to the fact that regular animals can also become sentient and wield magic like mythos, adversely, some mythos are more animalistic in nature. And then there's the gray area, where some animals are far different than others--like the Dire Wolf or the OwlBear.

Subtype: Youkai
A term that was used in Japan for Mythos before the term Mythos came to be, the term Youkai also encompasses the spirits, both mischievous and benevolent, that are abundant in Japan, coming from Eternia.
Humans
Pretty self-explanatory. Humans are well... Humans! Although, at one point, Elves, Dwarves, Giants and other humanoid-creatures were considered close enough to be accepted by human societies as humans, although that may no longer be the case in some places.
